1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Polyclinic OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides WhatsApp-first appointment scheduling, multi-branch management, and medical clinic operations software.
2. Account Responsibilities
Clinic administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Patient Data & Privacy
We implement HIPAA-compliant end-to-end data protection standards. Patient data collected via WhatsApp integration remains the sole property of the polyclinic tenant.
4. Service Availability & Lock Protection
Polyclinic OS employs optimistic concurrency locking to prevent double bookings. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, scheduled maintenance may occur with advance notification.
